Refund and returns policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please also have your order number handy.
To initiate a return, contact us at admin@tumuenterprise.com. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part — in which case, we will cover the cost.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept unsolicited returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
As a newly operating business, we currently do not offer refunds. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily send you a replacement.
